You MUST have an appointment in order to be served.  If you are calling outside of business hours, please be advised, your call will be returned during the next business day. Unannounced visits are unacceptable and you will not be seen -especially outside of business hours. Again, PLEASE do not arrive without an appointment. With respect to other clients with a set appointment, 'pop up visits' will not be tolerated.
