You may email me at CottonsGourmet@yahoo.com . A 50% deposit secures your order. However, deposits should be received 5 days prior to your order date in order to secure your order and guarantee delivery or pick up. Last minute orders (orders placed less than 5 days prior to order pick up/delivery): every effort will be made to accommodate last minute orders. There is no guarantee orders will be filled if ordering less than 5 days prior to order pick up date. The deposit is due as soon as possible in order to secure your order. You may mail or drop off payments to: Cotton's Gourmet G&C, 7744 Emerson Road, Hyattsville, MD 20784. The remaining balance is due at the time of pick up or delivery. CHECKS or CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR FINAL PAYMENTS WHEN PICKING UP ORDERS. Deposits not received as stated are subject to order cancellation. |

Pick-up times: Mon.- Fri. 9am -2pm. Pick up & Delivery times: Saturday 8am-12pm. PICK-UP: Cakes are placed in your vehicle correctly to help you with a safe delivery. Please drive S-L-O-W-L-Y to your destination once you pick up your cake. After the cake is placed safely in your vehicle, you are liable for any cake damages you may incur on the road. DELIVERY: To avoid mishaps, delivery is available within the DC Metro area for $20. I strongly advise the cake delivery service to ensure a safe arrival, especially with tiered cakes.

* APPOINTMENT ONLY *Please contact the office for exact driving directions. I am delighted to schedule appointments at your convenience. However, you MUST have an appointment in order to be served. If you are calling outside of business hours, please be advised, your call will be returned during the next business day. Unannounced visits are unacceptable and you will not be seen. (especially outside of business hours). Again, please DO NOT arrive without an appointment. With respect to other clients with scheduled appointments, 'pop up visits' will not be tolerated. |

* CAKE INFO *All baked goods are lovingly made fresh from scratch with 100% all-natural ingredients. No preservatives, additives or mixes are used. Cakes are made 24 hours prior to order date. Ex. Orders due Saturday are baked on Friday. Cake flavors are created with the most delectable pairing of fillings and buttercreams. I am happy to accommodate special requests for alternate cake flavor combinations. |
