  Scheduling a Private Consultation:

Cake Tastings are an open house to briefly "meet 'n' greet" and sample cakes, fillings and buttercreams; very similar to a bridal showcase.

The tastings are offered to engaged couples and coordinators free of charge by appt. only. To book our services, a Private Consultation should be made; he coordinator is encouraged to schedule an appointment. Contact the office at (202) 609-2013 or visit Contact to send an email request. Please bring the coordinator when in attendance.

       Can't Attend the Tasting?:       

If you are unable to attend, ask your coordinator, mother-in-law or bridesmaid to stop by and pick up the samples on your behalf.

       Private Consultations:

At the Free Cake Tasting, you and your fiancee were able to get an idea of what the cakes involve including texture, moistness and overall flavor. Since not all palates are the same, your wedding cake can be taylored according to your own palates. 

At the Private Consultations, you may request to enjoy up to 4 (four) 6" cake flavors of your choice for $15 per cake.

** Sessions start in a timely fashion. If you are unable to arrive on time, kindly advise so your appointment can be rescheduled.**             

     FROM SCRATCH CAKES

All of my cakes are lovingly made from scratch. My cake flavors have been created with the most delectable pairing of fillings and buttercreams to compliment each cake. I am happy to accommodate special requests from the engaged couple for alternate cake flavor combinations.  

             CAKE PRICING

Cakes are priced per slice according to choice of cake, buttercream, filling, and cake design.

Handmade Sugar Flowers are an additional $35 per tier. Handmade Sugar Bows with Ribbons Cake Topper is $25.

If your florist will be providing a fresh floral cake topper, please advise.

If you would like us to cut and serve your cake, a $40 fee applies.

Fondant is an additional $1 per person. However, if fondant doesn't tickle your fancy but you want to achieve that seamless finish, you can choose to cover the wedding cake in a Chocolate Wrap for an additional $1.25 per person.

       DELIVERY & SET-UP

Delivery and set up charges range between $40-$60 within the DC Metro area. Delivery and set up outside the DC Metro area range between $60-$70. Delivery charge includes professional cake and table set-up.

         WEDDING CAKE SET UP

To enhance the beauty of your cake, the cake table will be lightly decorated with your wedding theme free of charge. Examples: butterlies, hearts, candles, etc. Fresh flowers can be used if prior arrangements are made with your florist. A free top tier cake will be given to the couple for their 1st anniversary often displayed alongside the wedding cake.

          TIER SELECTIONS

Cakes can be placed one on top of the other called stacked cakes or separated by columns called separated cakes. For each tier separation, a $10 charge applies for separation cake which includes clear or acrylic plates and pillars.
