Cake Tastings are an open house for couples and coordinators to come in for a brief meeting and sampling of cakes, fillings and buttercreams.

I am pleased to offer one complimentary cake tasting per month. At the initial tasting, you and your fiancee are able to get an idea of what my cakes are all about including texture, moistness and overall flavor. I understand not all palates are the same. In essence, I am able to taylor cake flavors and textures according to you and your fiancee's palate.

If specific cake flavors are requested, I offer 45-minute private tastings for engaged couples to sample 3 flavors for $30 or 6 flavors for $55.

Sessions start in a timely fashion. If you are unable to arrive on time, kindly advise so your appointment can be rescheduled, email to cottonsgourmet@yahoo.com.

All of my cakes are lovingly made from scratch. My cake flavors have been created with the most delectable pairing of fillings and buttercreams to compliment each cake. I am happy to accommodate special requests from the engaged couple for alternate cake flavor combinations.  

             PRICING

Per slice amount includes choice of cake, buttercream, filling, and cake design.

Handmade sugar flowers, ribbons and bows are available at additional $25 per tier. Fondant is available for an additional $1 per slice.

If your florist will be providing a fresh floral cake topper, please advise.

If you would like us to cut and serve your cake, a $40 fee applies.

Fondant is available for an extra $1 per person. However, if fondant doesn't tickle your fancy but you want to achieve that seamless finish, you can choose to cover the wedding cake in a Chocolate Wrap for an additional $1.25 per guest.
